feta-smooth1.jpgA series of cultures for feta and other brined cheeses. The range covers traditional mesophilic/thermophilic blends for Balkan style feta, made from cow, sheep or goat milk.

This culture group covers traditional Feta and similar white cheeses like Halloumi, Domiati, Telemea and Bjalo. The cultures mainly differ from each other in acidification speed and flavour intensity.
